Summer fun for junior school aged children

Songs, dance, craft, the prayer room, lively games, jokes, drama and lots of laughter are the essential ingredients of the Kingsland annual Holiday Club. Over 100 children came in 2010 to join in the fun during this three day holiday club.

Rob Buckingham and Paul are part of the team for the Holiday Club, “Each year we have a different theme, the teenagers get stuck in helping with the drama, dance, games and craft along with the adult helpers, some would say that we are just big kids at heart and this is a great excuse to have fun together!

The holiday club is accessible for children from all backgrounds, many do not come regularly to church but they find the opportunity to have a safe place to pray and get involved with the church, it is often something they enjoy as much as the games, drama, dance and crafts that make up the lively, fast moving pace of the Kingsland Holiday Club.
